This figure is twice as high as the number of adults (one in six), and most women are female. As has been said, research has shown that 90 percent of women wear tight shoes. But he has to choose the shoes for the sake of comfort, not because of fashion. The comfort of the shoe is essential to maintain stability, movement and body safety.Recommendations for buying shoesWe are all incapable of injuring the legs and wrists, but by wearing the appropriate shoes – so that it is in the natural state of our feet – this can be avoided. Compare the size of the shoes with your foot, not according to the number written on it.- When you have shoes, you should be able to move your fingers freely.- If the shoe is tight, do not buy it in the hope of being opened and sized.Some high-heeled shoes have a sharp tip that pushes your toes and gives them an abnormal triangular shape. The heel of the shoe is taller, the pressure on the forehead will be higher. This pressure is pushed forward and ultimately pushed into the claws and it damages your toes.
